Migrations
Large Projects
Our largest and most recent project was a large scale migration for a multinational energy company. It was one of Hubspot's most complex ever migrations. We migrated millions of records of data from four different CRM systems (for four country subsidiaries) to a single Hubspot instance that serves all four countries.
This process involved extensive data transformation and data cleansing steps as well as handling CRM activities, associations and file attachments.
Smaller Projects
We are more than happy to take simple CSV data, perform whatever transformations are required and sent the data to wherever it needs to go - database, CRM system etc.
Scheduled Migrations
Sometimes a migration needs to happen on an ongoing basis. For example
A 3rd party platform might not offer a suitable API, so it provides a regular update file, possibly on an SFTP server.
You want to extract data on a daily basis from various siloed platforms and transfer the data to a data warehouse or database for reporting purposes.
Scheduled migrations are configured to launch automatically on the required schedule.
Integrations
An integration, on the other hand, is something that happens on a frequent and ongoing basis
Someone edits a record in a CRM or ERP system. This requires that other systems are updated in near real-time.
You want to update a data warehouse as soon as data changes in one of your platforms.
Integrations are deployed on the server of your choice. The deployment runs in complete isolation and provides alerts and reporting. It also looks to meet the strictest security requirements.
We can deal with integrations on any scale and communicate with any platforms, API, database, data warehouse, flat file etc.
